Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Kiddico, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter this agreement.
2. Service
Kiddico provides recordkeeping tools for child profiles, symptoms, medications, temperatures, meals, fluids, sleep, appointments, growth, reminders, reports, optional sync, family sharing, and exports. Features vary between Free and Premium tiers.
3. Medical Disclaimer
KIDDICO IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT, OR EMERGENCY SERVICES. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
4. Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate information, device security, lawful use, backups, and having authority to manage information about each child. Invite only trusted consenting adults and remove family access when it is no longer appropriate.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Purchases are processed by Apple. Available monthly, annual, lifetime, and trial options are displayed in the App Store and may vary by region. Recurring plans renew unless canceled through Apple. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s policies.
6. Data Ownership and Privacy
You retain ownership of information you enter. Available access, export, correction, and deletion controls are described in the app and Privacy Policy. Account deletion includes a 14-day grace period before server-side deletion.
7. Intellectual Property
The Kiddico app, brand, design, content, and software belong to New Life Federal HR Solutions LLC. You receive a limited, personal, non-commercial, revocable license and may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the service.
8. Liability and Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiddico is provided as-is without warranties. New Life Federal HR Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, medical decisions, data loss, or unauthorized access. Applicable law may limit these exclusions.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold the company harmless from claims arising from misuse, violation of these Terms, infringement of another party’s rights, unauthorized sharing, or reliance on the app for medical decisions.
10. Termination
You may stop using Kiddico and cancel subscriptions through Apple. We may suspend access for violations or misuse. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, and liability survive termination.
11. Changes
Features and these Terms may change. Material Terms updates may be communicated in the app and on this page. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law of the state where New Life Federal HR Solutions LLC is organized. Disputes are subject to the arbitration and individual-action provisions in the applicable agreement, except where prohibited by law.
13. Apple Terms
These Terms are between you and New Life Federal HR Solutions LLC, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to support the app and is a third-party beneficiary of the Apple-specific terms required for App Store distribution.
14. Miscellaneous
These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement governing Kiddico. Invalid provisions are limited without invalidating the remainder. Rights may not be assigned by you without consent.
